Andy is the owner and founder of Spire 4x4, bringing over 27 years of specialist experience within Jaguar Land Rover dealer groups. His career has seen him progress to Operations Director, serve as Chairman of the JLR Financial Services Panel, and represent the national JLR Retail network on the JLR Retail Board. His extensive industry knowledge and passion for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles are at the heart of Spire 4x4's trusted reputation.

Now enjoying this exciting chapter of running Spire 4x4, Andy loves meeting customers from across Wiltshire, both new faces and the loyal regulars who've supported the business from day one. A true family man, he's often joined by his wife, four boys and two dogs, all of whom get involved in the local events Spire 4x4 proudly supports.

Stuart Hall

Spire 4x4 Sales Director

Stuart is Spire 4x4's Sales Director and brings over 24 years of experience working alongside Andy within Jaguar Land Rover dealer groups. Throughout his career, he has been recognised multiple times as Sales Executive of the Year, both by Jaguar Land Rover UK and at dealer group level. His expertise is further backed by a Distinction in the prestigious JLR Masters Accreditation, highlighting his deep product knowledge and dedication to exceptional customer service.

A committed family man, Stuart balances his passion for the automotive world with life at home with his son and daughter, who keep him just as busy as the showroom does.

Ian Huntley

Spire 4x4 Senior Service Manager

Ian is the Senior Service Manager at Spire 4x4 and brings a wealth of technical and managerial expertise, with a long and accomplished career in the motor industry. He spent 10 years running his own successful workshop before leading operations at a Lex Auto Sales (Car Supermarket) Workshop. For the past 15 years, Ian has worked as a Senior Service Manager within a Jaguar Land Rover dealer group, earning awards such as After Sales Retailer of the Year and Most Improved Retailer. His strong technical foundation is supported by an HNC in Motor Vehicle Management, making him a trusted expert in all things aftersales and vehicle care.

Away from the workshop, Ian's grandchildren keep him on his toes, ensuring life at home is just as full-on as life at Spire 4x4.

Kyle

Spire 4x4 Master Technician

Kyle brings over 20 years of motor trade experience to Spire 4x4, including 9 years with Jaguar Land Rover, where he has progressed to the highly respected level of Master Technician. His technical expertise spans diagnostics, complex repairs, and advanced vehicle systems, making him a vital part of our workshop team. Before joining JLR, Kyle worked as a Service Manager for Kia, giving him valuable insight into both the technical and customer-facing sides of the business. This combined experience allows him to deliver exceptional quality and communication for every vehicle he works on.

Outside of work, Kyle's son and daughter keep him busy, ensuring there's never a dull moment.
